Rates are valid up to 15 miles radius of Ticehurst in East Sussex. Unfortunately prices increase beyond this distance to cover the cost of travelling. See areas covered on the home page.
We can purchase your materials for you so you benefit from our trade discounts with builders merchants. We purchase materials for customers at cost plus 10%, plus the travel time from or to the place we are working. If you know what you need we can pick it up on the way to the job. We will give you copies of the receipts if requested.
We do not charge a call out fee but there is a minimum charge of £35 (1 hour of work time) per visit to cover travel costs.
Cancellation policy - There is a charge of £35 when a cancellation is made within 36 hours of an appointment.
Screws, rawl plugs, small nails and small quantities of general fixings, glues and sealants are supplied free of charge. Larger quantities will be charged for at cost plus 10%.
Disposal of large quantities of rubbish is not included due to tip charges, however skips can be arranged if needed. Very small quantities of packaging etc and our own rubbish will be taken away.
Payment must be made in full by cheque or cash upon completion of the work. A printed invoice will follow in the post. VAT is not charged.
Guarantee: We want all our customers to feel 100% happy with our work, if for any reason you are not happy and you feel that we are responsible, we will come back and rectify the problem within 12 months.
