WE DON'T DO
We don't
carry out any work which is required by law to be
done by qualified persons such as alterations to
gas or oil supplies which must be done by a CORGI
or OFTEC registered plumber.
We don't carry out complete re-wiring to properties and cannot issue electrical safety certificates which must be done by a NICEIC registered electrician.
We don't take on major building projects or new builds, for this you will need a larger main contractor.
We can however recommend qualified plumbers, electricians, main contractors and sub-contractors who we have worked with and used regularly on the larger projects. These companies come with a proven track record for reliability, punctuality and are highly competitive with their prices without compromising the quality of their work. We do stress that any company we have recommended works for their clients independently from us and that their work is not guaranteed by ourselves.
